There are genuinely good things about working at Coca Cola. Solid benefits, focus on health and sustainability, decent leadership in some areas, and a general feeling that the company wants to do the right thing. The culture is way more open than a lot of places I’ve worked. But being such a massive organization, things change constantly. New systems, new strategies, new expectations, sometimes before the last change even had time to prove whether it worked or not. Inclusion suffers when people are always adjusting instead of stabilizing.
