By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and consent to adhere to its terms. This content is safeguarded by intellectual property rights, including copyright and other proprietary rights, both in the United States and internationally.
We provide you with the authorization to access Red Kiosk Content as outlined in this agreement. Unauthorized usage, reproduction, modification, distribution, performance, or public display of Red Kiosk Content, beyond what is allowed by fair use or specifically authorized by us in writing, is prohibited.

By posting links, you agree to assume full legal responsibility, acknowledging that this agreement and our privacy policy do not extend to third-party website content. By participating on Red Kiosk, you agree to abide by our Content Rules. These rules aim to ensure safety, protect minors, maintain Red Kiosk's functionality, and promote accountability for your actions on the platform.
Posting materials considered as spam, such as unsolicited self-promotion or other irrelevant content (including graphics, text, photos, videos, and audio), is prohibited. Such content detracts from the quality of Red Kiosk experience for others. We reserve the discretion to identify what constitutes spam on an individual basis and will moderate comments accordingly.
You agree not to disrupt Red Kiosk's services, upload malicious code, hinder others' use of Red Kiosk, manipulate the platform's voting or systems, or assist in any misuse of Red Kiosk.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use Red Kiosk. Any legal issues will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and you agree to the jurisdiction of courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, we'll adjust it as necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent. If it cannot be adjusted, it will be excluded from the agreement. Our failure to enforce any part of this agreement is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
This document is the complete agreement between you and us regarding Red Kiosk, superseding all previous agreements. We may update these terms, and if we make significant changes, we'll provide notice and keep the previous version archived on our site. By continuing to use Red Kiosk after changes are made, you accept the updated terms.
