One of the strangest parts of working here is the contrast between freedom and neglect. You are left alone, no micromanaging, plenty of overtime, and decent pay and benefits. At the same time, training is basically nonexistent. You watch videos for a day and then get sent out with people who are not trainers and do not want to train you. Management talks about monthly check ins, but months go by without a single real conversation unless something goes wrong. It does not feel like a family, it feels like fend for yourself.
