Joined support after training because I was told it was a temporary landing spot, but it has been eleven months and every internal dev opening asks for project approval first. My manager says to wait for a “right fit” while the ticket queue gets heavier. Has anyone actually moved from L2 support into a dev team without resigning and coming back?
