Has anyone here actually moved from head cashier into appliance specialist or fulfillment lead? I have applied twice, got no interview, and the only feedback is to keep checking internal postings. I am not asking for a miracle promotion. I would just like someone to say whether front end experience counts for anything besides covering returns when the line is wrapped.
