A team hears repeated quality-first messaging while schedule pressure still wins in daily production meetings. I am not asking for a miracle, just some signal on quality-first message instead of everyone acting like schedule pressure is self-explanatory. Has anyone found a way to get an actual answer without turning it into a whole escalation? I know there are reasons these things move slowly, but the part bugging me is how little anyone will say once the queue stops moving.
