Left GS about 11 months ago after 21 years. When I was in Ayco, the compensation structure felt really different from other divisions. What's the actual pay range for roles in Ayco compared to other areas? Do people in Ayco get the same bonuses or benefits as those on the banking side? How do raises work there?
