The flexibility pitch sounds good until the blackout calendar shows up. Between college hoops, NFL playoffs, and launch prep, the “hybrid” part basically disappears for weeks at a time. I’m not shocked that live sports has crunch periods. I’m annoyed that we keep selling flexibility while carving out every period where people would actually need it.
