Everyone likes to talk about incentives at Coca Cola like they’re some huge win. Yeah, the bonuses are technically attainable, and I’ll admit the company sometimes has that family-owned vibe people talk about. Even part-timers getting vacation is a positive step. But the reality is the work itself is repetitive, and when you’re stuck in a warehouse that feels like a sauna all summer, those incentives don’t feel nearly as exciting. Bonuses don’t hit the same when the environment wears you down every single day.
