I’ve worked in Montana engineering, and it’s insane how the frat/boys club mentality still exists. Women have to fight like crazy to get respect, and if you don’t, you’re basically invisible. SoFi talks about values and inclusivity, but actions don’t match words. The toxic culture is real and it’s exhausting navigating it day to day.
