Trying to understand the Bristol/New York pay gap when the event support load does not feel that different. I’m in Bristol handling weekend event dashboards and overnight fixes for the same broadcast groups, but the NY band conversations sound like a different company. I know Bristol and New York bands matter. I just don’t know why the workload gets national when the comp stays local.
