Overall it’s a good company with solid supervisors even a few levels up. There’s a lot to learn, especially in vehicle software, and the culture can be genuinely positive. The workload is heavy though and it stays busy. PTO helps, but the auto industry being prone to layoffs is always in the back of your mind.
