I’m posting because a manager said the OP's feedback was strong but the final rating was lowered in calibration.. The part bugging me is the manager praise piece, because everyone keeps acting like final rating lowered is normal background noise instead of the actual job now. Has anyone seen this get fixed without making a whole thing out of it?
