There's no real path for advancement here. I've been in my role for over 10 years, and the only option for growth seems to be moving into management or becoming an FA. I watched a CSA in Bengaluru struggle for a change, frustrated with the lack of openings beyond their current position. It's clear that if you're not climbing into leadership, you're mostly stagnant.
