Not sure after standup, it made me realize I’m more stressed than I thought. I keep hearing different takes on certs. I don’t mind hard work; I mind confusion and rework. Newer folks look stressed, and I don’t blame them at all. My coworkers are solid, but uncertainty makes everyone a little jumpy. I’m not trying to start drama; I just want a clear plan and fewer surprises. Has anyone had luck asking “what should I stop doing” when certs creates new work?
