Everyone says Coca-Cola pays “decent,” and yeah, on paper it doesn’t look terrible. But once you start working 12-hour days like it’s normal, the math starts to feel ugly. Long routes, long shifts, long drive time, and suddenly that hourly rate doesn’t hit the same. You’re tired, sore, and still expected to smile through it like this is some amazing opportunity. I don’t mind working hard, but the pay should actually reflect the hours and physical effort. Right now, it just doesn’t.
