my shift ended at 6 pm in the office in dubai, and it took me over an hour to get home. traffic was awful, as usual. i had to arrange my meetings around the commute because it eats into my evening. if i dont plan well, i end up working late just to avoid rush hour. flexible hours help, but the commute still drains me. edit: sometimes i wish we had better remote work options.
