SoFi’s offices are in a prime location with modern facilities, but the downside is the long commutes most employees face. Many colleagues leave early or plan trips carefully to avoid traffic jams. While the office environment is motivating and the team is exceptional, the reality of spending 1–1.5 hours each way on the road can be mentally and physically draining over time.
