Nvidia's pay is falling behind what you see at AMD and Apple. i've been here over six years and noticed senior roles offering less overall than at other companies. Bonuses sound good on paper but don't match the workload demands. I've seen a few peolpe leave for better offers elsewhere, and it makes you wonder if our pride in the brand is worth the sacrifice.
