Our vendor engineer is now running standup, assigning sprint follow-ups, and doing first pass bug triage. They still can’t see the planning notes because those are “FTE only,” so every morning starts with them asking us what context they’re allowed to know. This feels like sprint lead work without sprint lead access. Am I overreacting?
