Contractors can fix prod but can't access the notes. I am posting because the prod incident access made the contractor documentation block feel less like a one-off and more like the normal Citi path. The frustrating part is the concrete work is visible, but the answer still lands on fixing issues without notes. The second piece I would watch is prod incident access; once that gets written down, the conversation around fixing issues without notes is harder to blur.
