I’m posting because contractors prepared reporting used in a launch review but were excluded from the actual review meeting.. The part bugging me is the launch review piece, because everyone keeps acting like contractor reporting is normal background noise instead of the actual job now. Has anyone seen this get fixed without making a whole thing out of it?
