Copilot launch checklist just grew three new rows: security signoff, privacy signoff, and support readiness. Nobody got added to the release crew, and the same two people are still doing build validation plus partner replies. I’m not against the checks. I just don’t understand how every added gate is treated like it takes zero hands.
