Small story over the last month, people seemed more tense than usual. people keep asking about coworkers but nobody seems to own answers. I don’t mind hard work; I mind confusion and rework. Newer folks look stressed, and I don’t blame them at all. Has anyone found a good way to bring up coworkers in a 1:1 without it turning into a defensive conversation?
