I liked my coworkers and the benefits were solid. The issue was workload and lack of training support. You’re given huge territories with little guidance and expected to figure it out. Training doesn’t prepare you for being reassigned far from what was discussed during hiring, or for commuting hours every day. Management needs more empathy and transparency instead of pretending training covers everything.
