Delivery manager changed the goal after sprint 6 and is now saying the new target was part of original scope. We have six sprint demos, old Jira epics, and the client signoff for the earlier version, but somehow the last-minute reporting dashboard is being treated like something we missed. I am tired of scope creep being renamed as accountability.
