I’ve applied to three internal content roles this year and got the polite decline each time. The feedback is always that my clips are strong but I need more visibility with the hiring teams. How are people getting that visibility without already knowing the producers? I can make work samples, but I can’t magically be in the rooms where those jobs get discussed.
