For those who joined JPMorgan with a target annual bonus specified in their offer letter, did you actually receive that amount? I'm interested in Corporate Sector employees who joined in 2026. My offer mentions a specific target incentive but also says it's discretionary. I've heard the first year is usually honored, but bonuses can drop significantly in subsequent years even with good performance ratings. What's been your experience? Did you get the full amount in year 1, and how did things change in years two and three?
