Last town hall leaned hard on Dynamic Shared Ownership, and then two people who asked direct questions stopped showing up in the shared project channels. Maybe they moved groups and nobody announced it, but the timing made the whole DSO pitch feel colder than intended. Has anyone else noticed channels getting quieter after the “speak up” bit?
