ED decides everything and then vanishes — after a director-level employee waited three weeks for an executive director to approve a basic staffing decision. I keep getting told the ED approval is normal here, but the actual mess is three week wait colliding with staffing decision. Has anyone seen a clean answer on vanished approver, or is everyone just guessing around it?
