CoreWeave expects employees to consistently put in 60 to 80 hours each week. I've been in meetings that stretched long past normal hours without any clear end. Recently, I finished a project that required me to stay late multiple nights. This kind of pressure isn't just occasional - it's the norm here. The workload doesn't seem to lighten at all, making it hard to find balance.
