Last week in the Portland office, we were told that teams will be restructuring again. A meeting was called with no real agenda but to announce that our analytics teams aren't aligned. This is the third time in two years we've gone through significant shifts, and yet nothing seems to get sorted out. Everyone is still working in different directions without clarity. Being part of NKE feels like navigating a maze where the walls keep moving. I overheard two colleagues who'd been there longer than me talking about how they've never seen stability in their roles. They joked about having to reintroduce themselves to team members every few months. I just sat there, wondering how much longer this could go on. It's hard to stay motivated when the goalposts keep shifting like this.
