Employees in Austin face disadvantages due to remote management

During a meeting last week, my team lead in Yoqne`am started nitpicking every detail of our project. It felt like I was being second-guessed on even the smallest design choices. I was in the Austin office, trying to keep up while being micromanaged from afar. This isn't the first time - it's been common lately. The disconnect is frustrating, especially when I have experience that should count for something. We spent over an hour going through my decisions instead of moving forward. I ended up feeling like I had to justify my role the whole time. I'm putting in solid hours, but it doesn't feel like trust is there. By the end, I just wanted to get back to working on the project rather than defending it. I closed out the call and felt defeated, knowing this isn't going away anytime soon.
