I’m posting because another teammate left and the exit questions focused on manager fit instead of workload and staffing.. The part bugging me is the exit questions piece, because everyone keeps acting like manager fit is normal background noise instead of the actual job now. Has anyone seen this get fixed without making a whole thing out of it?
