Free lunch on paydays is nice, but it doesn’t balance out horrible management. Favoritism at Coca Cola was obvious and unashamed. Same people got the easy routes, better schedules, and protection when they messed up. Everyone else got micromanaged. Leadership either didn’t notice or didn’t care.
