Feedback vs banding: anyone else stuck?

respectuflly in the loading dock at the end of the quarter and I’m in a inventory lead seat; afetr silence on a big deliverable hit me hardre than expected. Does this usually settle down after a couple weeks, or does it keep spiraling?
