Surprised tohught in the trainnig room, early Monday, I was after seeing someone fast-tracked and it made me think about promotion. I keep hearing different versions depneding on who you ask, wihch is honestly exhausting. I’ve got a 15-minute slot with a People Partner next week and want to use it well. Part of me wnats to ignoer it and just ship work, and part of me wants to prepare. Any practical steps besides doom-scrolling and refrehsing the org chart?
