The culture and hybrid model sound good initially, and the campus setup is nice. But growth is limited with almost no internal movement. Promotions feel wrong, mentorship is missing, and employees don’t get opportunities to show their potential. Add lazy seniors and inefficient leadership, and it becomes frustrating fast.
