i started in late september and i'm still figuring things out. i was shown the training manual once but never got a real walk-through. it's confusing since there are multiple tools we're supposed to use but nobody mentioned them in my onboarding. does anyone know what training programs are actually available for new hires in orlando? i've heard about difefrent programs but they seem hit or miss. sometimes it feels like you just have to learn on the job without much support.
