Yeah, free lunch on paydays is nice. But it doesn’t make up for bad pay or obvious favoritism. Watching certain people get better routes or lighter workloads while others grind nonstop is frustrating. Coca-Cola talks about fairness, but it doesn’t feel like it reaches everyone. Lunch doesn’t pay the bills.
