During my interview, I was promised an 8–5 shift, but after weeks of training, I was suddenly told I needed to work a 1:45–10:30 shift. The micromanagement on the floor was constant, and I literally got shushed while trying to speak. It’s frustrating when interviews paint one picture and reality ends up being completely different. This kind of mismatch makes you question management’s communication and transparency.
