Coca Cola actually does a decent job promoting diversity on the surface. Different backgrounds, different personalities, all in one place. But when a company is that big, it’s incredibly easy to feel invisible if nobody is actively guiding you or mentoring you. I watched a lot of talented people drift through without anyone noticing what they could bring to the table. Inclusion isn’t just about who you hire, it’s about who you invest time in once they’re there.
