Pay is strong, hourly rate is nice, healthcare is cheap which is huge. But the work itself is brutal. Hot conditions, physically exhausting, schedules all over the place. Vision coverage kinda su^ks too. People talk about balance but honestly I don’t see it in these roles. You’re paid well but you pay for it with your time and body.
