GOOD PAY + GOOD WLB… but ONLY if you’re not customer-facing

The pros magically appear once you’re not dealing with customers. Great pay, solid work-life balance, good health benefits. Love my team too. But if you’re joining SoFi, please don’t sleep on this part: customer-facing roles get cooked alive.
