Being around pre production vehicles is genuinely cool and there are tons of resources if you know where to look. The 401k contributions are better than average and benefits overall are decent. But bureaucracy dominates everything. Management offers little support and blame flows downward fast. It’s hard to think long term about retirement when daily work feels like constant damage control.
