Front end at my store is honestly supportive. Cashiers swap breaks, head cashiers jump on returns, and nobody makes new people feel d^mb for asking register questions. Then a new hire walks into tools or flooring and it is like a different building. Little cliques ignore them until they mess up, then everyone acts like training was obvious.
