I like my team. People help, nobody hoards info, and the managers are mostly sane. Then a simple customer fix has to move from an old tracker to Slack to SharePoint and back into a second tracker because the first one does not feed reporting. It is weird loving the people and still feeling like the tools were assembled during three different eras.
