Yeah the tech is advanced and the insurance is actually really good, I’ll give them that. But the pay is meh, work life balance is basically nonexistent, promotions feel like winning the lottery, and management only seems to care about themselves. Cool benefits don’t mean much when you’re permanently burned out.
