Pay is strong and not paying anything out of pocket for healthcare is huge. That part is real and helpful. But the work is exhausting, hot, and physically draining, and the schedule wrecks your personal life. Vision coverage isn’t great either, which surprised me. When you’re constantly tired, even good benefits don’t fully make up for it.
