GREAT LEADERS, BUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE FROM THE TOP

One thing I’ll give Coca Cola credit for is that a lot of leaders genuinely care and try to do right by their teams. But the stress coming down from upper management is constant and heavy. It feels like middle managers are squeezed between impossible expectations and burned out teams. The company keeps saying it’s compassionate, but compassion disappears quickly when numbers don’t hit the spreadsheet. The outlook would feel a lot more stable if future plans were shared clearly instead of constantly shifting.
